This is the agreement between you and Trex IPTV ("we", "us") covering trexiptvs.com and the streaming service you reach through it. We have tried to keep it in plain language; where it reads like a contract, that is because it is one.
Ordering a plan, starting a trial or otherwise using the service means you accept what follows, together with the Privacy Policy. If any of it does not suit you, the right move is not to subscribe.
1. Who may subscribe
You need to be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. Ordering on behalf of a company is fine provided you are authorised to commit that company. We do not sell to minors, and an account opened by one will be closed when we find out.
2. Your account details
An account is created when you order or start a trial. Four things are asked of you in return:
- give us details that are true at the time you give them
- tell us when they change, particularly the email address — that is where the activation code goes
- keep the credentials to yourself; they are not meant to circulate
- write to help@catchontv1.email the moment you suspect somebody else is using your account
Whatever happens under your login is treated as yours. Accounts opened on false details can be suspended without a refund.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
What you are buying
Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and are sold for 1 to 5 simultaneous connections. Every combination and its price is listed on the pricing page — that page is the authority, not any figure quoted elsewhere. Paying for a plan authorises us to take the amount shown for the term you chose.
If prices change
Prices can move. A change never applies to a term you have already paid for: it takes effect only when that term ends, and you get notice before it does, so you can decide whether to renew at the new rate.
The free trial
We usually offer new users 24 hours free, with no card taken and nothing to cancel. It is offered at our discretion and can be withdrawn or changed at any time. One trial per household is the intention; repeat trials on new email addresses may be refused.
Getting money back
Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which sets out what qualifies and what does not. It is short and worth reading before you buy rather than after.
4. How the service may be used
The service is for lawfully watching television in your own home. Specifically, do not:
- use it in any way that breaks the law where you are
- hand your credentials to people outside the connection count you paid for
- pull the software apart, decompile it, or probe the infrastructure behind it
- point bots, scrapers or automated clients at the site or the streams
- send us or post through us anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing
- do anything that degrades the service for other subscribers
- resell, sublicense or rebrand access without our written agreement
5. Anything you send us
If you send us a message, a review or a screenshot, it stays your responsibility. By sending it you let us use and display it in connection with running the service — a practical permission so support can quote your own screenshot back at you, not a claim over your work.
You confirm that what you send is yours to send and does not trample somebody else's rights.
6. What belongs to whom
The site, its design, the software and the Trex IPTV name belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Programming delivered through the service belongs to its respective rights holders.
What you get is permission to use the service personally and non-commercially, for as long as your subscription runs. That permission is not transferable, and it does not extend to copying, redistributing or building something else out of any part of the service.
7. Suspension and closure
We can suspend or close an account, with notice where practical and without it where the situation calls for speed, if we have good reason to think you have:
- broken these terms
- used the service fraudulently or to commit an offence
- not paid what is owed
- given false information to obtain the account
Closure does not by itself trigger a refund — the refund policy decides that. Clauses that only make sense after the relationship ends, such as liability limits, carry on applying.
8. What we do not promise
THE SERVICE IS SUPPLIED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In plainer terms: we work hard on uptime and picture quality, but we cannot promise the service will never drop, never buffer, or that every channel listed will be available at every moment. Line-ups change, and circumstances outside our control affect delivery.
9. Limits on liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREX IPTV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- data or account information that is lost
- time when the service is unavailable
- lost profit or lost revenue
- what other users of the service do
- anything else flowing from your use of the service
That applies whether or not the loss was foreseeable and whether or not we had been warned it might happen. Some countries do not permit exclusions of this kind, and where that is so, this clause applies only as far as local law lets it.
Whatever the claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 30 days before it arose.
10. Which law applies
New York State law governs this agreement, without reference to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from it. This does not remove consumer protections you hold under the law of your own country where those cannot be contracted away.
11. Amendments
These terms will be revised from time to time. Material changes are published here, and where the change affects existing subscribers we will normally email as well. Continuing to use the service after a revision is how you accept it, so a periodic look at this page is worth the minute it takes.
12. The rest of the paperwork
These terms are one of four documents and should be read with the others:
Not sure what a clause means?
Ask before you subscribe rather than after. We would far rather explain a clause in advance than argue about it later.
