Privacy Policy Terms of Service Refund Policy DMCA Policy

This page sets out what Trex IPTV ("we", "us") records about the people who use trexiptvs.com and the streaming service behind it, why each piece is recorded, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to the website, the ordering flow and the apps we point you at. If you use any of those, you are working on the basis described here.

1. What we record

Things you type in

Two of our forms ask you for something. The trial form and the order form need:

  • a name we can put on the account, and an email address we can send the activation code to
  • payment details, which go straight to the payment processor — they are not stored on our servers
  • whatever you write to us, if you send a support message

None of it is compulsory. Leave a field blank and the form simply will not complete, because there is no way to deliver a subscription without somewhere to send it.

Things your browser reports

Loading any page here also produces the usual technical record:

  • the IP address the request came from, which resolves to a rough region rather than an address
  • which browser and operating system made the request
  • which pages were opened, in what order, and which link led here
  • screen size and device type, used to decide which layout to serve

That record comes from server logs and cookies. It is not tied to a name unless you have separately given us one.

2. What we do with it

Each use below maps to something the service could not do otherwise:

  • set up, activate and keep your subscription running
  • take payment for it and issue refunds when the refund policy applies
  • send the activation code, renewal reminders and anything else you need to keep watching
  • answer support messages and reproduce faults you report
  • send offers, if you have not told us to stop — every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough
  • look at which pages get used so we know what to fix first
  • spot card fraud, shared credentials and automated abuse
  • meet obligations we cannot opt out of, such as tax records

3. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not trade mailing lists. It leaves our hands in three situations only:

Suppliers who run part of the service

Payment processing, email delivery and hosting are handled by outside companies, and they necessarily see the data needed to do their part — the processor sees the payment, the email provider sees the address. Each is under contract to use it for that job and nothing else.

When the law requires it

A court order, a subpoena or an equivalent lawful demand will be complied with. We may also disclose where it is genuinely necessary to investigate fraud against us, or where somebody's safety is at stake. We do not hand over data on an informal request.

If the business changes hands

Should Trex IPTV be sold, merged or wound up, customer records would transfer with it. You would be told before your data came under a different privacy policy, so you have the chance to close the account first.

4. Cookies

Cookies here are small files the site leaves in your browser. They remember which plan you were looking at, keep you signed in between pages, and let us count visits without counting the same person twice. We do not use them to follow you onto other websites.

Your browser controls them, not us — every major browser can block or clear cookies from its settings. Block ours and the site still reads perfectly well, though the order form will forget your selection if you navigate away mid-way.

5. Keeping it safe

Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit, access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do support, and those permissions get reviewed rather than granted once and forgotten. Card numbers never reach our systems in the first place.

That said, nobody can honestly promise perfect security for anything sent over the internet. We are telling you what we do rather than guaranteeing an outcome, and if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you rather than wait to be asked.

6. What you can ask for

Depending on where you live, some or all of the following are yours by right; we apply them to everyone regardless:

  • A copy — everything we hold that relates to you.
  • A correction — if something on the account is wrong, we will fix it.
  • Deletion — we will erase it, apart from records we are legally obliged to retain.
  • An end to marketing — without closing your subscription.
  • Portability — the same data in a machine-readable file you can take elsewhere.

Ask at help@catchontv1.email and say which of the five you want. We aim to close these out well inside a month, and we will tell you if something will take longer.

7. Links off this site

Some pages link outward — to app stores, to device manufacturers, to help articles. Once you follow one of those you are on somebody else's site, under their policy, and we have no visibility of or control over what they collect. It is worth a look at their terms before handing anything over.

8. Age

This service is sold to adults and is not aimed at under-18s. We do not knowingly take data from a child. If you think a minor has signed up or submitted a form here, write to us and we will remove the record without arguing about it.

9. Revisions

This policy will change as the service does. When something material changes we update the effective date shown at the top of this page, so a quick look there tells you whether anything has moved since you last read it. Carrying on using Trex IPTV after a change means you accept the current version.

10. The rest of the paperwork

This policy sits alongside three other documents, and they are meant to be read together:

  • Terms of Service
  • Refund Policy
  • DMCA Policy

Ask us about any of this

Questions about what we hold, or a request to exercise one of the rights in section 6, both go to the same place:
