Free Trial FAQs

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
None at all. We ask for a name and an email address — no card, no billing details, no stored payment method.
How long does the trial last?
The trial lasts 24 hours, and the app shows the countdown in the corner of the screen. It starts when you press Activate My Free Trial, not when you request it.
Which devices can I use during the trial?
Start it in the CatchON TV app on a Firestick, an Android TV or Smart TV, or an Android phone or tablet.
What happens after my trial ends?
Nothing happens, which is the point of not taking a card. Access stops and the account sits idle until you decide to buy a term on the pricing page — a day later or never.
How quickly does my trial start?
Usually in less than a minute after you press Activate My Free Trial in the app. If it does not start, open the live chat or write to [email protected] and we will start it with you.

Ready for the Full Experience?
